Hi, yesterday, i wanted to watch a movie on Netflix via Sky Q but in the middle of it, i lost Inter

Hi, yesterday, i wanted to watch a movie on Netflix via Sky Q but in the middle of it, i lost Internet connection. I refreshed the Q and router but all to no avail. I reset the network to wired which worked only for about 3 minutes but it stopped again. I have switched off both the router and the Q overnight and i still can't get connected. I have had no previous issues and I'm getting an internet signal on my other devices so it's not my internet hub I don't think. The router and sky q box are in the same room so no issues with being out of distance. Any help in fixing this issue would be greatly

Hi @Anthony3 Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on?.

You need to disable wifi in the installer menu if you want it to properly use ethernet.
