We've tried resetting it several times and there's still nothing? BBC1 started juddering last week when we had the bad weather and then we lost all 3 channels? Anyone else had this problem?

@Dw75
If it displays no satellite signal take a look at the troubleshooting here(it can only affect a few channels)
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal-sky-q
It may then give you the opportunity to arrange an engineer to check the alignment of your dish. Just to make you aware, if you’re on a communal dish system in the UK you’ll have to contact your landlord or building management company rather than Sky.

Thank you, but we have tried all the check ups we can think of and it's saying everything is ok. How much is it going to cost for an engineer to come out to have a look at the dish alignment?? I'd sooner get rid of sky and just use freeview.

If you have Sky Q it won't cost anything for an engineer to check the dish alignment.
