Hi there my ski mini box is not working. The light is just red. My main sky q box is working but not the mini box. The screen is just blank for the mini box.

Hi @Nicola7777 Try rebooting your Mini box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot?

@Nicola7777 try replacing the batteries in your remote. Once you’ve replaced the batteries, press ? on your remote. Does the LED light flash?

I've replaced the batteries and there is still nothing from the box. The light is just red

@Nicola7777 Try resetting your Mini box :- Switch the Sky Q Mini box off at the mains.
Hold down the Reset button on the back of the Sky Q Mini box and switch it back on at the mains.
Keep holding it until the light on the front flashes red and green. This will take about 30 seconds.
Once it flashes red and green, press the standby button on the front of the box.
If the lights don't show after 30 seconds, repeat steps 1 to 2.
The box will then restart.
After the on-screen messages have disappeared, press Home on your Sky Q remote to switch your box back on.
