Hi some Q Sky channels are not working

Hi Q Sky channels like 704, 703, 713,714, 725 are not working so please reset for me 

mall Indian channels

@MALAWI Afraid you are not contacting Sky's customer services on here, this is a customer to customer forum where customers help each other.

Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

If the reboot option doesn't work, take a look at the troubleshooting on the appropriate section of this link.

You may then need to contact Sky and arrange for an engineer to check the alignment of your dish. Be aware that if you’re on a communal dish system you’ll have to contact your landlord or building management company rather than Sky.
