Hi, so I am paying just under £70 for nothing

I'm paying just under £70 just to watch Netflix and Amazon Prime and my sky remote doesn't work.

That's not nothing?  It's not clear what your issue is?

 


my sky remote doesn't work.

You will have access to the Sky Entertainment channels as well as Netflix and Amazon so not sure why you are paying £70 for nothing as clearly that isn't the case.

My remote does not work and my recordings and anything on sky won't work nothing works other than my apps so I feel like I'm paying more than I should be

Have you tried rebooting your main Sky Q box?
~ Using the remote put your main Sky Q box into standby
~ switch the box off at the plug
~ after 30 seconds switch the box back on
~ follow the on screen instructions
~ when the screen goes blank and the blue Q stops pulsating wait another 30 seconds
~ press the 🏠 button
