Please see the following page that covers a few problems (one of the linked pages includes no Satellite signal)  - if you follow the link through and still have problems then you should find a link to book an engineer if you have your own dish

If you have a communal system you may have to contact your building management to deal with the technicians responsible for the system

Hi @Meganbrooks112 Try rebooting your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot?
