Hi my sky to is not working
No live tv or anything working just a black screen
I can get on the sky menu and see all the channels but nothing works when selected

@Alex12593 Have you tried unplugging your Sky Q box for a few seconds and plug back in.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
