Hi my sky remote wont go to TV guide, so cant change channel or go to recordings either. Tried swit

Done the same last night, and has been fine since TV went on this afternoon, but now same as last night, remote only letting me switch off, nothing else.

Have you re-paired the remote to the box?

When you say it's letting you switch off, is that by holding down the power button, i.e. it's turning the TV which now, on the latest sky firmware, also turns the Sky box off. Or does a quick press on the power button turn the sky box off?
