Hi my sky is working fine but I have another box in the bedroom and this one isn't working

In what way isn't it working? Any error message being displayed? What have you tried already?

Sky down stairs is working fine but the other box in the bedroom is constantly red

@TERENCE+COPE 

Have you tried rebooting your main Sky Q box, then when that's back up and running doing the same with the mini box providing the remote reacts to you trying?
