Hi my Q box is not workingand Freeze between 9pm 10pm

Pl help.Q box is dead during  between  9pm.10pm pl need engineering  to shot  the problem

Are you saying your Q box dies for an hour every night? Does it shut down completely? Is there a power supply issue? Have you tried rebooting the box by turning it off at the wall for a minute or two then powering it back on?

Hi still my QBox is not working still freeze between 9to10pm ?Yes I it shut down completely  I have try everything   .eg checked no power issue. I tried rebooting the Q box on/off and the plugs on the wall..  This has been happing  since last week .and Yesterday it was 3 times freezes pl Sky send yr engineer to fix the matter or I have to go further for compliant or move to  another provider.  Thank u
