Hi im having connectivity issues with my mini box but now my remote won't work either.

Had connectivity issues with mini box, then mini box sent it to the page with steps 1-4 to try and reconnect me but then remote stopped controlling the box

Hi @Deedee64 

Set your mini remote to infrared mode by pressing and holding 7 & 9 together on the remote until it's led flashes 4 times.

Don't try to re pair it.

As the remote is in infrared you need to point it directly at the Mini and you should be able to get past step 1 of 4.

If you can get the Mini working then you can use 1 & 3 together on the remote to rebpair it.
