Hi i have not received my packaging to return my items, what do i do?

I received a message to say packaging had been sent to me but nothing has arrived,  can you please resend?

@A1s  We are all customers here and we can't send anything to you

 

You  an however use your own packaging  you can print off the labels for the returns here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-tv-broadband

Remember to keep your proof of posting.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
