I cannot access sky sports +HD after i canged my contract back in July because the previous arena channel would not be showing rugby league, first game on tonight and i cant watch it.

Unfortunately SKY Sports+ is only available to subscribers of the full SKY Sports Pack which I am guessing you don't have
