Hi am a diamond member in sky vip and in the app their was a a offer of paramount + free for a year so signed up and it's saying it's redeemed but can't get on to paramount they are saying I don't have a subscription but I do have an account phoned sky was moved from one person to anothe none from department s I wanted and their saying theirs no such offer on and trying to sell me movies Will attach a screen shot

Normally but this is just for paramount you have to subscribe to paramount and put in bank details and the year is free

I'm having the same problem. It wouldn't accept my debit card so I chose PayPal. Was told to close the browser window after putting through the PayPal then cycled back to the beginning again !

I'll try that but no help at all from sky was basically in no uncertain terms from 3 different people that deal wasn't on my vip account and just tried to sell me cinema fed up going on to sky and all they do is try to sell you glass or something been a customer for 20 yrs seriously thinking of cancelling it

I've had the same issue. Sky staff insist it's linked to Cinema but the offer definitely doesn't say that. Normal struggle trying to get to speak to Sky staff who are usually clueless . Pretty annoyed tbh. Sky don't seem to value their loyal customers (23years). Seriously considering leaving.

Hi I went on to cancellation and told them I wanted to cancel they sorted it out for me told them I didn't want to speak to sales people I wanted customer service people

I ended up liasing with Paramount+ directly, who were very quick to respond, and as of today, just resolved my issue successfully. It may be worth going through them rather than Sky?

Not if you are a diamond member, I have free Paramount Plus without Cinema.

I had a similar problem, I started the process in the browser in the Sky app and after putting in the bank details it doesn't complete. I used the normal browser on my phone instead and this worked, but it was a few months agou and I can't quite remember all the details.
