Our main box is operating fine. The additional sky a box isn't. We can only get a black screen with a header in the top left showing a small white rectangular frame with arrow right and HDMI 3. Tried powering everything off with no success.

Hi @John2811 

Assume that the mini power light is green (Ie on)

Have you made sure that the TV set is correctly set to the correct HDMI input for the Q box?

@John2811 and is the mini box plugged into that HDMI socket it maybe the mini box is plugged into a different hdmi socket try cycling through the inputs on your tv with the tv remote to see if its on the wrong input source
