Hi I've lost connection between my main sky q boxes and mini boxes and my internet connection I only

Have lost connection between sky q box and mini boxes, also internet box only has 3 green lights on tried ringing sky and got told to ring back tomorrow so now have no TV what so ever any ideas please

Sky are having issues with internet currently and most, if not all customers are affected.

I've got the same issue - happened about 23:30. Says I've got a connection but no internet. Other devices connect to the hub fine. Toggled between wired and cables connection to no avail.

 

Assumed it was an actual Sky platform issue affecting EPG/on demand etc rather than it being an actual physical internet issue. 

Should be fixed in the morning I hope 🤞🏻

From what I've read around these forums. It's a DNS issue. Some people are using the Google DNS and have internet again.
