Hi I’ve got error code DSU_508 when asked to upgrade to Uhd which has already upgraded toUHF’s

Hi error code dsu 508  come up asking to upgrade to uhd which I've already added to package switched off box and taken out card put card back in no joy 

any ideas

DSU 508 does normally indicate that the package has already been added.

Have you satisfied all the Q conditions to enable Q UHD

Hi old fella 

thanks for replying,yes I've done all set up I'm not sure if it's because I've only had it added when I called sky for another reason and they offered it free for couple of months, if it on there end ?
