I have done the same. I have literally spent hours on the phone to sky. I have spoken to call handlers in Belgium, Bulgaria, and Scotland.. I must have talked to over 10 people. Not one has been able to resolve this issue. I am emailing Patamount + constantly who are saying this email address doesn't look as if its related to my sky account. I have been with sky for over 20years, using this email address. One call handler looked at her own TV, and discovered she couldn't activate her own paramount+ channel!
So it seems to be a big problem.

Hi I have tried all ways but everytime I go into paramount via the qr code it's saying 6.99 a month not 0.00. Ever since i renewed my sky contract a few months ago I lost paramount. Its driving me mmad. I have sky cinema. Do I need to contact sky customer services?

I'm not getting the zero cost option, only a monthly an an annual paid cost. What do I need to do?
