Hi I report about sky Q remote not working

Hi I call you yesterday I remote has stop working the who I speak to said she has sent one out but I have not received today like she said

@1215118684 You're not talking to Sky via the forum, we are all customers here, if you only called yesterday for a replacement remote that I think it's wa too early to be expecting to have it now.  You may neen to give it a few moe days.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I got to Sky box . But it's been one month both of them doesn't work or there is some thing wrong with the box

@A+Rahman you say they dont work what is happening when you try to use your boxes
