What do you mean by a WiFi socket? Do you have broadband at your new house?

Also, what is the socket that connects Sky Q? Is your Sky Q system working? Is the box connected to a satellite dish?

@Pee1

Ideally you'd have booked a Home Move through Sky well before before relocating: that way they sort out the satellite signal and broadband connection.

Broadband doesn't follow an ISP router around the national network: it must be specifically provisioned by the ISP at the address.

Sky Q cannot work through a satellite dish previously used for Sky+ until the dish is modified.

Have you been without both services for four months?

Did you ever tell Sky before you moved?  (Or even after)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own
