Hi, I have had new broadband installed today but struggling to get my sky tv up and running

Hi I have had my broadband updated/renewed today but cannot get my sky TV. Up and running.

Have you changed broadband providers or just received an new router? In both cases the SSID & passphrase will be set to default so may need changing to match the old router.

Or you need to change these settings on the Sky box to match the ones on the new router.

Is there any error message when you set the Sky TV up?
