Hi, I have Sky Q and have suddenly become unable to log on to the tv in our spare room. Erro

Hi, I have Sky Q and and suddenly unable to connect to the TV in our spare room. Error code is MR 102. I have followed the reconnection steps but they do not resolve the problem. Can anyone help please? Thankyou

Try a full factory reset on it. You'll need to re-pair the remote.
