HDMI2 is showing on the TV. But lights go off on the Sky Q box. I've tried to reset but I get Ready to go in a few minutes.. Then press Home. This doesn't work.. The Box lights are off.

Hi @Bernard+Ireland The rule out a problem with the remote, try pressing the power button on the actual box.
