Hi I had my satellite sky dish-pu in new.home but because I has scaffolding it was not put in right
Hi I moved home recently and had a sky satellite put in at front of property but could not put it right place due to scaffolding
can this be changed to same wall but higher.

We are customers on here trying to help other customers. You aren’t talking to Sky Customer Services.
To discuss the re-positioning of the dish you'll need to call Sky. Their strict Health and Safety policy may prevent the dish going higher.

Hi @Rizia
Provided the location of the dish can be reached by a ground based ladder it should be possible for Sky to move it.
You will need to contact them directly and there is likely to a charge in the region of £65.
