Hi I can't get on to netflix and when I do it is on a foreign language and can not change it .

I can't log on to netflix ony daughter's TV or there tablets. And when I log on on the main TV it in a foreign language and I can't change it ..

That suggests the account credentials have been acquired by someone else (the language is usually Spanish)

 

You'll need to contact Netflix and regain access that way.
