Hi. I am unable to sign into my new netflix account via my sky tv app?

I have just taken out a new contract with sky that includes Netflix. I have had two emails from Netflix to activate my account I have done. I can only get Netflix on my telephone app. My app via my q box will not load?

@Woodyboy7 Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
