Help with my Sky Q box hard drive

My Sky Q box hard drive has now failed 3 times. It is annoying to lose all my recordings.

I first noticed this last weekend when the mini box would not connect..

I have managed to reset it again but do you think the main box needs replacing or is it just something that happens to all of them?

I did book an engineer visit when it first happened but now I have fixed it I don't know if I should cancel the engineer or not?
thoughts please?

@Johnandbren I've had my current box for 6 years and never had a hard drive problem if it happens more than once i'd contact Sky for a replacement box

You can contact Sky by phone by dialling 150 if Sky is your phone provider or by following the link below
