Help to instant message with a sky expert and no virtual assist

I really need a expert to call me or instant message me as I have no phone credit.  It is really important and the virtual assistant is getting me down as it cannot help what i need!  My credit ran out mid talk to sky and they havent rung me back...I dont know what to do at this point and im getting frustrated.  Thanks in advance for any help

Messaging is only available for certain issues. Perhaps if you tell us what Sky Q issue you have someone on here may be able to advise you.

I got a new sky uhd box delivered to me today in exchange for my old box but i forgot to remove my viewing card and dpd have it but cannot help.  I then got in touch with sky and my call cut off because my credit ran out on my phone and I cannot get more credit right now.  The person said if i got cut off they woyld call straight back and havent...so im now paying for something i cannot use

To see if they can help you I’ve escalated your post to Sky and the Escalation Team may get in touch with you later.

Look out for an email and also a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. Once that speech bubble appears you only have 48 hours to join the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to each chat reply from Sky within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky are not instant so you’ll need to regularly check the chat thread.

I think I've sorted it. I spoke trombone and hopefully will recieve a new viewing card  in a day or so
