Hi,

I downloaded episode 1 of Belair to my Qbox and when I play it the screen scrambles but the sound continues playing. I tried deleting and re-downloading but the same thing happened. All the other programmes are playing fine. Does anyone know of a fix? sometimes when I hit fast forward with the sky remote it won't stop too.

Hi @Flahavans Try rebooting your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot?
