Internet is on and I can get the sky homepage but no channels or recordings will play. Whats the problem and how is it fixed

Sky Q but I got it sorted by rebooting the sky box. thanks anyway

@ColetteMcC Sky Q where you've posted doesn't need broadband for Live TV, do you have Sky Q or Sky Stream?

What if any messages do you see when accessing the channels from the TV Guide?
