Help…. I can’t get my tv message to unfreeze. Trying to set up a new sky mini box

Please can anyone help. I have a new Sky mini box and remote but the remote won't work the tv and the message that's stuck in it is frozen. Now have sound from somewhere that I can't control or get rid of

What is the message? Could it be from your TV rather than the Sky box?

accessibility on Sky Q

 

make it easy to watch the shows you love

 

new today...then 4 different messages 

 

then at bottom... go to settings>Accessibility to switch in these settings

 

then button with either 

Settings or skip and set up later

 

the settings button is highlighted but it is all frozen and now what sounds like Spotify noise/talk in the background
