Hello
lm having trouble with my miniboxes, they say they are connected to sky box and network connection but tv says no satellite signal, also the internet signal upstairs keeps dropping off- we changed the level of our internet strength a while ago with a higher cost but have seen no improvement in this either. Thank you

@JAMILA+BASDEO Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions
then
reboot your mini box
