Hello. My Sky hasn’t been working for about three weeks now. The Sky Q box is acting like Freeview

I've tried switching the Sky Q box at the mains, as re-booting the box fixes problems. I did this twice, a few days apart - it made no difference

Have you reported this to Sky in the last three weeks? In what way isn't it working? Are you seeing any error message?

It's now working perfectly: I wonder if someone ar Sky reads these? Anyway, I tried to ask Sky directly why my Sky Q box wasn't working, and since yesterday, it's working perfectly again. Mysterious!

@Jackiewacky  If anyone from Sky was reading these posts they really wouldnt know who you are are your address so it's highly unlikely something happended as a result of your post

 

Are you on a communal dish by any chance?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
