It's part of my package and now I can't watch it.

would like it sorted asap and credit my account for inconvenience.


said open until 9pm for calls. Called at 8:55pm and cut me off and said call tomorrow.

Hi @JasonT6 

Forum members do try to help with Q issues and malfunctions.   However we have no details concerning Subscriptions and payments where you need to Sky Customers services.
