You should have kept your viewing card before returning the other box so if you need a new one you will need to call Sky.

 

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

You should have kept your viewing card before returning the other box so if you need a new one you will need to call Sky.

I have changed my sky from Sky glass to Sky Q. I got my box but No viewing card.
