Hayu app not working on sky q despite paying monthly for it

I'm getting so frustrated with sky and all its silly things to help which are not helping me ..... I have a sky q box , pay monthly for hayu and it won't allow me to access it for 2 days now despite paying a monthly subscription can someone contact me me asap, as the logging have errors on and if I try to re subscribe it say I'm already a subscriber , fgs I'm sure this is an easy fix however it takes an overwhelming amount of time to contact yourselves to help me sort it out, a very unhappy diamond customer

@thompson1 Afraid you are not contacting Sky's customer services on here, this is a customer to customer forum where customers help each other.

 

You can contact Sky by phone by dialling 150 if Sky is your phone provider or by following the link below
