This is super annoying as I cannot find any help at all on the situation.
I have subscribed through sky marketplace for Hayu. It works fine on my main Sky Q box and 1 mini box but I cannot get it the launch subscribed on my 3rd or 4th, it says "you are already subscribed please relaunch the app to get started" - app relaunches and then hangs on the Hayu sign until I close it. I tried leaving it for several hours but with no effect, it just hangs.
I have tried logging in via code but my subscription is through sky marketplace so this does not work and same situation occurs.
I know it's not the boxes, as I've recently changed one due to it being faulty, and same issue is occuring on the new box.
boxes are all up to date with latest software versions and I have tried refreshing apps multiple times - no success.

I've now fixed! After weeks of trying, downloading the iPhone app has let me resolve the issue and add the code to my phone!
