Having to reset the internet password at least twice a day to access on demand services.

Since Monday 2oth January I am having to reset my internet password as it is unable to access catch up .  All my other devices , phones pc are connectged to the broadband router with no issues it is just the sky q box.   I have turned the sky box and checked all plugs etc are connected but still have this problem.  Can we not just ring a person to advise of the fault.  Impossible on line to do this.

Yes you can just call but got to negotiate the voice response system
