Having to reboot my Sky Q box every day

Every day we have to switch the power off and reboot. Had an engineer come out, didn't check anything just said we have to many recordings in the box. Deleted everything and no improvement. Can't talk to anyone at Sky just an AI that is useless.

Hi @Simon0406   You don't say why you switch off the box everyday? What time, any error messages etc.etc. To beat the AI, what happens if you say nothing?

@Simon0406 is this always at the same time if so when or is it at different times of the day ?
