Having the same problem follow visit by SKY engineer 18/09/2025 Sky Q box not connecting using WIFI

The only way my sky box will connect to the internet. Is to hardwire between router and the sky box. It will not work via wifi as normal

Yup, that's a good solution to the issue.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Not ideal from where the box is and the tv
