”No signal” tends to be a message from your TV (in which case check the cables going to the TV).
A “no satellite signal” message relates to your Sky box.
Whenever a “no satellite signal” message is displayed firstly check that the connections from the Sky dish going into the back of your Sky Q box are still finger tight. Also check out the troubleshooting on this link

It may then give you the opportunity to arrange an engineer to check the alignment of your dish (it’s not something that will necessarily be visible to the naked eye). If you’re on a communal dish you may initially need to liaise with your landlord or building management company.

Exactly same problem Julie. Only affects STV HD on 103 for us. Pretty sure isnt a dish issue as every other channel working absolutely fine. 803 ok. Suspect STV HD not given any decent bandwidth.

I am having the same problem as many others with regards STV/ITV breaking up or reading no signal. I have followed the (?) guidance, restarted the box but the issue remains. This seems to have been ongoing for several months.
When so many similar complaints have been made why has Sky not sorted the problem or at least advise viewers about the issue?
Any advice would be appreciated.
