Hi all,
I terminated my contract on 4th of May and I am waiting for return packing of my broadband equipments. However, I received the reminder from you to return my equipment. So could you please let me know the current status of your shipping?

I'd recommend using your own packaging (as above) and keep the proof of posting (indefinitely).

Providing you’ve cancelled successfully Sky usually send out the returns packaging near the end of a cancellation period, [14 days for broadband ~ so near the 14th May], to the address that the account is registered at.
