my sky q box loses Internet connection so I have to go into setting to reset it. This happens almost every day. It is also failing to record programmed content sporadically.

I did not receive the notification. Please reactivate my query on why we are having to reset the sky box on a daily basis. Ideally I'd like to speak to someone.
