Have to put wifi password in everyday

Every time we put the sky box on it says it has no internet connection and we have to put in the password. Our wifi box isn't causing any issues as it's been reset and works fine on our phones. I called the other day and was told to take the sky box off eco mode. But it's not fixed it.
