Have sky symbol come up in top left corner tgen just goes to a totally black screen

Sky isn't working. Sky symbol comes up in top left of screen, then disappears and just a totally black screen. Have try unplugging and restarting but it's still the same. Any ideas please?

Hi @Tinkerbell64 

First make sure that the Television is switched on and is switched to the HDMI input to which the Q box is connected.
Then with the Q box switched on with green led illuminated
Press
Home 1 0 8 0 Home
on the Q box remote control.

This will change the Q box to standard resolution which will work for all TV’s.
