Have set up my new Samsung tv but cannot see how to get sky

Have set up my new Samsung tv but cannot get sky TV , I have a sky box and it's plugged in, how do I go back to settings to set up sky

Hi @Ronnie24 

You need to have the Q box connected to the Television by HDMI cable.

Then on the television you select the HDMI input connected to the Q box.

Hi @Ronnie24 

You need to have the Q box connected to the Television by HDMI cable.

Then on the television you select the HDMI input connected to the Q box.


After making sure you are on the correct HDMI you may need to set HDMI control on in the TV menus

 

If you don't get a picture when the SKY Q box is on and the correct HDMI is connected/selected  then try pressing the following Keys on the SKY Q remote 

 

Home 1 0 8 0 Home 

 

 

Once you have got ihis all working you may need to set your remote to work with the TV :

At this point Press & Hold 1 & 3 together and follow the onscreen messages (Once you have selected  Samsung as the manufacturer, we generally suggest using Find it for me rather than searching for the specific TV model)

Note that any on-screen message regarding 'tuning' or 'scanning for channels' is related to the television set itself and isn't relevant to Sky.
