Please need sky dish and reception sorting it not going to cancel account

You aren’t communicating with Sky by posting on here. This is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers.

 

Threatening to cancel your subscription is pointless. If this has been ongoing for 2 months is there a reason why either

  • Sky haven't sent an engineer out to check or realign the dish?
  • you haven't contacted Sky to report it?
