Have mini box for multi room. Was told it works with WiFi. It says it needs an internet connection. Mainbox has this but WiFi not working

Who is your home wifi/Internet with is it SKY or a 3rd Party ?

When you say the main box has internet connection but not wifi - do you mean wifi is disabled or something else ?

Have you tried a full power down restart of your main box - if not please try this :

Use the remote to place it into standby mode

 Then remove the power to it (either switch off at mains or remove the power plug)

 Wait at least 30s

 Then re-apply the power & wait for it to fully restart - this may take a few minutes.
