Have had engineer out twice but still same problem our wifi keeps cutting off

• We have had an engineer our twice but this problem is still happening as our WiFi keeps going off, I have turned everything off and started fresh as told to do by engineer but this is becoming ridiculous  we can't watch a netflix movie through as it goes off nearly everytime we watch it, please help we are seriously thinking of cancelling sky
