I thought when I got sky they would deal with Netflix as they said, however they did not, so have cancelled Netflix myself .

Have another issue now.

 Have a sky puck that keeps cutting out leaving me with a blank screen and picture freezes and no sound sometimes even though the program is playing, have to keep turning it off and back on again, 4 or 5 times during a program, was watching sky Atlantic and channel 5 both were doing it.
